I have done a lot of dry cupping in the past, but as someone in the wellness industry herself I knew I needed to release some stuck energy and anger in my body. Wet cupping was great and I really feel like it helped release more than dry cupping. I forgot my practitioners name but she explained everything to detail and ease me through the process and it was not painful or scary as I thought. The photos look more intimidating than it actually is and I felt a lot of relief afterwards. I added a hydrofacial to my session and although the machine was broken she gave me a 20 minute massage to replace the facial. I am going back to get my hydrofacial as she was very apologetic that the machine was broken. Customer service is top notch. If live close definitely go here. If you are thinking about doing cupping at all this is the place. I left very relaxed and at peace with what I was going through. The effects of this feeling lasts even after the session. Soul detox is a life saver. I’ve been looking for a hijama spot for a while as I get it done regularly in my home country. I suffer from PCOS as well as back pain and I booked the high end hijama session with a massage. It was bliss and I’m still feeling the benefits of the hijama a week later.

I have hijama done 3 or 4x a year but normally had to travel a bit. Was hesitant to try somewhere new but found soul detox close by and decided to give it a shot. Glad to have someone educating the community on the benefits of hijama while being proficient in it themselves. The place is calm and clean; Neda was professional and did a great job. Great spot that is well worth traveling to if you are outside of Bay Ridge. I booked a Wet Cupping Elite Bundle which included a mini massage and facial as well. I’ve done cupping plenty of times before, but not wet cupping. I was interested in trying it to help get over a lingering cold.

The staff was lovely and answered all of my questions. After the treatments I felt relaxed and some pain relief. The next day I felt almost entirely rid of my cold! I am excited to go back and try a full facial.

I had an amazing experience. I recommend 100%.
I booked for a 1h massage and a 30min facial, and both of them were exceptional.
The massage was one of the best I did, she takes the time to make you feel confortable. I was so relax after, and I didn't have back pain anymore !
The facial was very good too, she takes the time to explain what she is doing!

Let me tell you this was such an amazing experience, most relaxing day for me. It felt like I was on vacation laying in the sun I didn’t want it to end. God bless the massage therapist Nada her hands are amazing the best service I’ve had in a while I truly recommend her if you need a relaxed and chill massage to release all of your stress. I walked out very reborn.

I have returned to Soul Detox had my session with Nada again this time for Hijma (after learning all the benefits that come with it) oh my lord this is LIFE CHANGING. I had extremely back pain due to my life style and needed to try hijma and I'm so glad I did! I feel like a whole new person and all the weight and stress are now gone. I truly highly recommend everyone that feel the same to try Hijma you won't be disappointed. I feel rejuvenated and unstoppable, I will be going back for more hijma now after this amazing experience.
